Billing model

Usage is based on identified users

Bento charges for identified users—people in your account with a unique email address. We calculate the count daily, roll it into your monthly invoice, and expose the live tally directly inside the billing portal.

Anonymous visitors (records without an email) never count toward your usage, so you can keep importing and tracking prospects without worrying about surprise charges.

Transparent pricing

Pricing updates in real time, so you always know where your daily usage stands before invoices go out. If something looks off, you can pause growth experiments, remove unused contacts, or talk with us before the month closes.

What's Included

All products and features across Bento including Broadcasts, Flows, Transactional Emails, Forms, Popups, Spam API, Attribution & Analytics, A/B testing, integrations, email templates, and API access.

What's Not Included

Web hosting, domain registration, or any professional services outside the platform.

We offer a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required upfront to get started.

Cancellation Policy

Bento is completely self-serve—you can cancel your subscription at any time without contacting support.

Annual Plans

Annual contracts are available on request and may include custom pricing or discounts.
